MSD
INVITES YOU TO A VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE 14th ICASA CONFERENCE
From
December 4th to 8th, we attended and organized workshops and
presentations at the 14th International Conference on AIDS
& STIs in Africa (ICASA) held in Abuja, Nigeria.
Every
other year, the International Conference on Aids and Sexually
Transmitted Infections in Africa (ICASA) takes place in a
different African country
|
|
|
The 2005 edition of ICASA was hosted in Nigeria,
and more specifically in its
federal capital, Abuja. This year's theme was "'HIV/AIDS
and the family."
MSD invited
a delegation of 30 HIV/AIDS specialists from Africa and Europe
to attend the event where the latest information about AIDS
and STIs was presented by professionals and experts.
MSD was involved in several conferences, three of which
we organized in collaboration with entities such as UNAIDS,
the World Bank, the GBC and St Stephen's AIDS Trust.
Many of you were not able to attend the ICASA conference,
so we thought you might appreciate the opportunity to have
an overview of MSD's events on HIV@MSD.
For a global overview of ICASA, please visit www.icasa2005.org.ng
We hope you will enjoy visiting MSD@ICASA on our website and
discover a diary containing news and reports, videos (for
broadband users only), pictures and slide kits of our presentations.
