MEDS, which Phillips helped to benefit from Accelerating Access Initiative ARV prices, stores the ARVs it receives from Phillips in its warehouses in Nairobi, like the one shown here. It then delivers the drugs to over 100 mission hospitals throughout Kenya that make up its network. By March 2006, MEDS, with the support of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), aims to offer HIV treatment and care to 45,000 patients throughout the country.
